Do everyone get exp if only 1 char kill the enemies?. I m currently playing offline with my lil bro, i dunno if he's getting the exp when i kill the enemies.

I dont know if he was clear enough for you. if you affect the enemy in any way (damage, status change, etc), you are entitled to some of the EXP. Who ever kills the enemy gets 100% and whoever hit that same enemy gets 80%.
20 exp enemy
final blow dealer gets 20 exp
other attackers get 16 exp
