PSU Battle mode?

Im just wondering... Will PSU have a Player vs Player option like in PSO?

At the moment. No, PSU will not be released with any PvP mode.

Ive got to admit i wasnt a fan on the PVP on PSO i thought it was a little crude personally but with PSU's revamped combat ive got to admit it would of been cool to have a PVP mode. But who knows maybe a PSU secquel or expansion will have one.

Every time i hear that theres no Battle Mode in PSU, brings a tear to my eye... But then slightly goes away when thinking all the cool stuff that's in PSU... But the tear will always be there untill Sonic Teams bring Battle Mode back... And make it balanced this time....

Besides people always have an ego regardless or not if there is pvp. OMzg look im level 2gillion or womzg look at my reet haxs and cloths. Pvp just lets you beat the crap out of those annoying as people. ^_^

I'm glad they left it out. The PVE is what I really care about, so I'd rather they focused on balancing classes for just that than try to juggle class balance between PVE and PVP.

PvP is always fun. Of course there are going to be some classes stronger than others, but that just means you gotta be smarter.

Yeah but you'll get tired of killing the same enemies that do the same thing over and over after a while once your like up in the lv100's or almost maxed out.
PVP is fun when your done leveling and wanna battle other players, cause players are not like A.I monsters, I can see why theres not a Battle Mode yet cause the game just getting ready to come out. Plus Battle Mode in PSO just seem like it was just for fun then how others games like Guilds Wars takes it seriously.

But i think they'll bring it back later down on in the game cause it doesn't make much sense to add something to an older version to a game and not add it on the new version....
Cause honestly PSU seems like a "Super PSO 2 Turbo" to me, Plus when people say if you wanna go PVP someone go play a FPS or Fighting game, that doesn't work for everyone cause there some players that are not good at FPS or Fighting games but yet are good at online RPG games that have a Battle Mode or PVP in it

PVP in PSOX sucked IMHO
All it was people who boxed their way up to lv 200 with a ranpid-controller over night, waiting by an open telepipe for people to come and get spawn killed

It'd be really fun if they had a colluseum or fighting pit where matches could be schedualed and people could spectate and maybe even bet.

lol No one plays rule battles on PSO like r2 r3 r4 and r6...Thats where the skills was... Open Battle and Rule 1 and 5 had no skill it and was pretty much the person with the highest level and best weapons

I had my best times on PSO in battle mode rule 2,3,4 and 6. and PSO EP3 XD

I gotten so good at those rule untill i could battler other players with techs or without useing techs, what ever the person i was battling call was
God i miss those days of Battle Rule 6'ers
