Problems with sega link account: it wont log in with correc

It was my anti virus blocking the acess of sega link

What browser are you using perhaps? When signing in to my SegaLink account on FireFox, it does nothing. But however, it seems to work fine when I login on IE.

Have you tried getting your password back? That could be the case...

Yes i tried to get the password back , but when i receive the mail , it doesent really has my password , its a bunch of japanese stuff with no links , and the only thing i can understand is my ID , wich i allready know.

Anyway , i know the password is correct , because when i put a incorrect password , it simply tells me its wrong , instead , when i put the correct one , it does load and all, but after a while , that message appears.
