For all you JP version players, from your experience so far what race/class would you say is the least common? Most?

I was gonna be a Beast male myself before I found out that they screwed with the online Beast ears. Made them look way diffrent from the offline Beast ears, so now I changed my decision to Cast male..

Yeh the ears on the beast look all big compared to the human looking pointed ears on the offline Beast characters.

Well cast if i remember right are the second most popular. but HUcast are the second strongest in the hunter catagory

Yeh I would have stayed with my first choice being a Beast because i'm upset on the way Beast males turned out, but I can deal with it. But my party needs a Ranger, so thats gonna be my role in the party and Beast don't make to good of rangers..

No they dont really. I think that is the worst in the class/race statistics. Well its good to see we still have some rangers around.



Well remember they are the newest class. So every ones most likely going to try them out. I will probably have a beast just to see what they are capeable of.

Beast might be popular just for the fact that everyone would like to try them out, but I think there will be more Cast as peoples main race..

Not so, I made a beast female because I think they're cute, and since I always play Hunter anyway. I'll probably be sticking with her for the NA release as well.

After Utawarerumono (anime) gets released stateside, expect to see a lot of female beasts named 'Eruru' and 'Aruru' and 'Karura' running around.

But I have to ask about the Male Beast ears. I thought that there were 3 different options. Or did ye mean that the ones that stick straight out are larger online than they are offline? And wouldn't the size be altered a bit by the face proportions?

I think Humans and Newmans are too boring for me, I like the Casts and Beasts. I'll most-likely start off with my Beast, but I'll probably fool around with the Cast character creation when I get the game (Because the people who made the Character Creation thingy didn't make friggin' Cast! >:O) and if I like it better, I'll stick with that. I definitely thought Beast would be pretty high up there, I mean... Who doesn't want to transform into a huge monster?
