Well it finally looked like the servers came back up. And then they went back down within like 35 minutes or so.


I don't know what the Japanese message said that scrolled accross the screen before it booted it...

I think I saw a "1" in there. Servers will be down for one hour maybe? No idea...

Anyway, just wondering if anyone with any Japanese understanding can fill us in on whats happening with the rollback/servers (as it seems none of my data was gone when I logged back in, hm...)

I don't know but perhaps they finished server maintinence and they went up briefly before they decided to do the rollback. maybe?

It seems there's still some problems with the servers. A new blog was released here, http://blog.phantasystaruniverse.jp/archives/50314230.html and from the crude Babelfish translation I got, it seems it'll be a bit longer before the servers are back up.

They pulled down the server again 9-03 at 20:30 jpn time. The google translated page seems to indicate that they're not sure when it will be up and that they will report again the next day at 15:00? I think it went down around 7:30 am EST. Supposedly a followup report is expected around 2:00am EST on Monday 4.

Yeah, Sega shut down the servers yet again after being up for 2 hours or so.

Seems like they're investigating some serious issues with the character data.

I played Auto Assault during its first week live, and it had no server problems whatsoever. But each server was so unpopulated that overloading problems couldn't happen anyway.

i dont get y people keep saying not a good start for sega and sh1t its f%#king dumb, there doing 100 times better than they even tried to do with pso, plus another thing all MMORRPG's have problems when the game is first release give them a break there doing good the game hasnt even been out a week so you people just need to hold the dumb comments back
