Does that mean people that didn't import will have a chance to play it for now also?

He's probably refering to the online version of psu as of right now in a "Beta" status.

From what I see, it means the ones who did import get extra free time to play.
Shame that doesn't mean a worldwide beta test! Not yet, anyway.

If they can't even support the importers and the Japanese players on the original version, they can't support a beta version worldwide, I guess
