Fullmetal Alchemist volume 1 was the top selling graphic novel of 2005, according to Book Standard (http://thebookstandard.com/bookstandard/charts/analysis_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003019746). Naruto also took five of the top ten spots on the list.

And why didn't the graphic novel that was ranked 18th win? God! Who doesn't wanna' go out and buy THE BOOK OF BUNNY SUICIDES? I should've bought that on Borders.com yesterday instead of Death Note vol. 7 and Rurouni Kenshin vol. 17 and the V for Vendetta graphic novel. Laughing But I bet none of those Bunnies know how to kill themselves like a man.
