Is "end."(the last one of status) affect PP regenerate?

Is "end."(the last one of status) affect PP regenerate?
at first ,when a beta come out, no one know what it really is. however, I think that importer should know it from the offical handbook with the game already. So, Could anyone tell me?

Endurance is a status resistance stat. The higher it is, the less you get inflicted with them, and the sooner it ends if you happen to be inflicted with a state.
