I ran into this after the credits for chapter 7. It's sorta a silly commentary bit like a preview between the chars for the next episode. All I can recall was Karen mentioning something if Ethan thought she was sexy. I'm not really sure how you get it. The only thing I can think of was that I cleared chapter 7 3 times. I just tried to clear it again to see if I could get it but that was a no go.
