When can you buy clothes in singleplayer?

Hey all, this might be a dumb question but, I was playing through single player, on chapter 3, and I was wondering when I could I buy new clothes for this guy. Thanks again.

I don't believe you can buy new outfits for Ethan until Chapter 6, if I remember correctly.
