I checked Nintendo.ca, and they have a small release date listing on it. The BBA/Modem are actually slated for a Nov.4th release, so I guess that Nintendo has just been slow in releasing the BBA/Modems over here...

Anyway, not to worry, tomorrow they ship ^_^

Icelight, Microplay has them. I just bought mine an hour ago, but I can't get online because I think there's a character misssing from the soft keyboard.
