Based on the existing picture in the Weapons guide, it was supposed to be available early on in Story Mode. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any sign of it (or the Fan).

maybe the fan, the axe, and the launcher are items that are all rares. Kind of like how twin swords and launchers were all rare in pso.

I found one axe in PSO, that was it, forgot the name though. It was sort of a green photon one-handed axe and sort of looked like the one handed glass axes in Oblivion. Following through the same reasoning, hopefully PSU will at least have one in there, probably rare 7+ stars...

The axe you found was probably the victory axe. But any ways has anyone seen any pics of the bow? i cant recall if i have. But if there is can i get some pics of it. I know they have the you tube vid of it but i want to see some new ones. Post if there is any pls.

I'm pretty sure thats the case. They're all unusable by any class online at level 1, and I dont think the icons even exist in story/extra mode

Absolutely correct. It was called the Victor Axe on PSOX (they left off the "y"). I've seen several pics of bows on here, one that has bat wings, kinda like the devil wings, but on a bow.

Yes I saw that screenshot. So, my guess is that those weapon classes do exist (atleast definately in extra mode), but they're just hard to make/come across.
