Because mine won't evolve for some reason http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif They're supposed to at level 10 and I've gone slightly past that now

Also could someone translate this screen? It seems to have another level bar, but but I dont know what it could be for

That's odd, when I try now it just kicks me back into floor 1

LOL! your PM has probably resorted to mutiny and promptly kicks you out of your room when you enter. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

maybe the server problems caused your PM to evolve with an a.i. of its own.

PM: "First, Kaply's room. Then....ZE WORLD!!!! Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!" http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I believe PM in the offline game evole at the lvls, 10, 20, and 30.

Meanwhile in network mode they lvl at 20, 50, and finnally at 80.

Aye, if that's your online char, your PM doesn't evolve until level 20.

And calm down Numnuttz. It's not a glitch. At least, assuming that's Ether's online char.

if thats true that means Ether needs 3 more levels for the PM to evolve it seems. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

I haven't been able to get into my house either, just get kicked back to floor 1 everytime. Was wondering if anybody else had the same problems, sounds like I'm not the only one. o.o

Yeah house is glitchy but you can get in if you try enough.

Thanks for the info guys, I had no idea the levels needed were much higher online. Wasn't it enough that the stat level ups are extra slow online? *considers giving up on getting battle PM*

you can even take your PM into battle when youre online? That would limit parties to like, 3 online players to a party.. lol From screenshots, I noticed that PM takes one party slot, but I'm not sure if its entirely true

@_@ I know that ma'am but don't the PMs take -one- party member slot? according to the backlog of screenshots I've been glued to ;-; hence, if 3 people wanted to use their PMs, which most prolly will, wouldn't that limit the active number of people playing in a party to 3, since theres a PM to every online character? >< btw your character is cute http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Ether

I think only the party leader can invite NPCs, so you're limited to one

Nilot

thats much better then, huge relief http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif thx

I dont think a PM would take a full slot. I think its just a mini on-screen status to make sure your PM is not split in half by a monster.I mean. That would kinda be cheap if a PM's health can't drop to 0. And they should kinda be like mags..anyways. if a PM did take a full slot. people would rather have HUMAN PLAYER HELP then a PM that could only do minimal support.

Yes Pm's take up a party slot. Useful if your shy a player and want to start the mission already: 5 players and someone busts out thier PM to take up the slot.

6 party members max including the PM's.

Better question is: If you have a PM in your party, would you then be able to call them back while on a mission, if that extra late friend shows up wanting to join you?

Chaobo99
Sep 8, 2006, 09:39 PM
what-if someone wants to join a team and it would say something like," I'm Sorry, the team you are about to join is full"..Then how would new people enter? And wouldnt people fight on who's PM would bust into battle

Me: Come-on! My PM!
Guy1: No! Yours is half a lvl lower than mine!!!
Me: Well...mine is cooler looking!
Guy2: Well mine has a shotgun!!!dun-dun-dun!!!

Didn't know you could see the future Chaobo, cuz i can really see that conversation happening alot.

Do you have any lottery numbers for next week?

Chaobo99
Sep 8, 2006, 09:53 PM

9-11-21-38-11 and Mega Number is: Pie

Is rasing a pm to be able to battle really worth the hastle?

Hells yes. Having a chibi-girl in your room is about 500 times cooler than some round ball with arms. ^_^

Plus, if you ever find yourself soloing (and you will), having a little helper along will certainly come in handy. I just wish the AI wasn't so hesitant to attack, and so fond of getting in the perfect position to get mutilated by bosses. x_x

What I'd like to know, is if a PM death in a mission counts towards a rank deduction in your final markings...

I'd like to know what the caster (rod) combat pm does....for example what spells it casts (and if it will heal you or not)

If it is possible for your PM to die, what negative effects will that have on it... for instance will it get knocked down a level or, will you not be able to feed it for awhile or something. Because if the PM's are almost as strong as players characters are, I would rather have a PM be the sacrificial point man, than any player. Plus PM's cant pick up rares ^_^
