Sharing items with your other characters?

Without a offline mulitplayer mode,how can i share items with my other characters?This in just another example of what happens when you take something usefull for item sharing out of the game.

Online there is a shared bank that every character on your account can access, as well as individual storage

Offline (extra mode) you cannot share items between characters

But of course.. if you feel like sharing an item with a friend you can feel free to trade it to your buddy and trade back every so often.. Psh, I never do that though, I like my own stuff >:)

So your offline characters can't share their items among each other?It sounds like offline characters a cosidered mere distraction to play around with and not to to really do anything importian with.
