Can Cast use wands?

I have change my cast from ranger to force but i cant use wand.

Is there some sort of requirement that your character isn't meeting? If you've changed your class you should be able to use it.

Isint there a stat requirement on equipment? casts have the lowest skillz as force, next to beast so it might take a lil extra effort to equip a wand

If its anything but a beginner wand you might not have enough TAP to equip it

ok i will need to lvl my cast some more befor i can make it into a force^^
