Fixed? That's how the game should be. You still have high risk of getting smacked around plus you only get a percentage of the XP. The one who hits the most gets 100%, so if you are low level you'll get about 60%.

Killing blow gets 100% exp, everyone who damaged it gets 66%. Same as pso except tagging is worth a little less now
