Extra mode multi player?

Why the hell not? It was what made the game fun, there are like almost no other offline multi player games for xbox other than shooters, I was hoping this would be a nice reprieve, I'll still buy it But DAMN! thats like taking the syrrup out of a slurpy!

I guess its a good marketing stratagy, to force you to go onto online, but still, kinda stings.

ST said PSU is already pushing the PS2 to its limits. It simply couldnt handle split-screen at a decent framerate.

umm 360... it was coming out for that way before PS2 and PC, its kinda like the shizit, has 3 proccessors, gaming technologys huge leap... PS2 is being outdated soon any way, so I don't get that but I'm not saying boo, but why can't the 360 have multi player? all we have is sports games and shoot em ups, huxley is having offline for the 360, while the PC doesn't, I don't see why we all have to make a sacrifice for a system that is getting left behind in progresses dust.

Umm you have that backwards. PSU wasn't announced for 360 until much later.
