EU release date!

Well i went onto http://phantasystaruniverse.com/ and noticed the date had been changed to 24th November. Turns out if you log on to the site the info changes depending on IP. My American chums in jeM are getting 24th October still while myself in EU get 24th November. Now all thats left is to figure oout if the two regions will have linked servers.
