Whips, Slicers, and Cards (oh my)

Is there still no confirmation on these weapon types as of this posting's date to their existance? PSUpedia still shows them as possible weapons but I was curious if someone had some sort of skill tree icon for them or (even better) pics of their actual usage so far....
