This is actual gameplay on Xbox 360 offline for testing. This time its an actual one cause if you look closly, the controllers are white and they look like xbox 360's...take a look(NOTE: the reception on the video sucks):

That was a video made at E3 by the PSO-World admin Tomeeboy (I hope you noticed the PSO-World in the bottom right corner of the video), I believe it is the PC version being played with 360 wired controllers.

Normally, at E-3 or at some conventions that are OFFICIAL. They use the default base(EX:Xbox 360 uses the original xbox 360, they klet PC gamers use the keyboard, and ps2 use basic ps2) ..so it must really be an Xbox!

That video was made by Tomeeboy and Gideon at E3. Gideon is the one talking. A Sega representative is playing the game. I do not recall the exact version they are playing here.

EDIT: Here is the original news story where the E3 videos were released:

PSU on the pc doesnt play very good with the keyboard so they used a controller. The 360 wired controller has had very good ratings for use on the pc so they probably used that one. If you look closely at the screen you can see that the action buttons are arow keys, that means it's the PC version. Plus at E3 the 360 version wasn't ready enough to be playable.

It's a PC version, you can tell by the arrow key Action keys... As stated by Zandra.
