Question about NPCs in Online game

I dont know if this was covered in another post but how do you add NPCs in an online mission?
Also where do you find them, at the moment I ave Huuga but Ive see people online using other NPCS.

Right now we can only use 1 NPC. Human gets Hyuga, Cast gets Lou, Newman gets Maya, Beast gets Leo.

When the online story starts we will probably be able to add other characters (Like Leia Martinez) to our parties.

Yeah I guess you are right, but then again any help is better than nothing when playing alone right?

But where do you go in the options to add your NPC? thats my main question

For online mode, you will need to go through the combat tutorial to receive the npc's partner card.
