It's a crafting material. You won't use it for anything unless you find a crafting Board that requires it.

what's a crafting board where to find it ,and what can i make with all that?

You find crafting boards in boxes and as drops from enemies.
There are some basic ones availablle from Synth shops.

You select your PM, go into the synth menu and use board entry.
you can only have a certain number of boards up on a PM at a time, and each board only supports a certain number of uses.
