View Full Version : JP 360 PSU release month revealed

Pardon me of this has been posted already and I just missed it. It's been pretty difficult for me to try to keep up with everything that's going on in Gurhal right now because of how busy real life is keeping me.

According to a news story posted at RPGFan (http://www.rpgfan.com/news/2006/1456.html), SEGA of Japan revealed that PSU will hit Japanese 360s this December. No specific date within the month has been identified for the release, however. Yeah, not really big news or anything, but I figured I'd post it for those who might be interested.

I do believe that the US 360 version comes out the same time as the other two US games do o.O

Which would also kinda make sense, since xbox is an American system, and there's more demand for a 360 version of psu here than in japan.

I think the JP 360 servers will be dead. They should link them to EU/US servers.

The only thing JP X360 has going for it is Senko No Ronde...

In regards to us not getting anything first, when PS3 is released, we get 400,000 systems here as opposed to japans 100,000. Get ready for the japanese to riot on release day!

i found this little paragraph on PSU regarding US version at http://xbox360.qj.net/category/Phantasy-Star-Universe/cid/1478


Phantasy Star Universe (X360, MMORPG) will hit the stores this November, and it is expected to take place in a different fictional universe. The familiarity 80s fans grew accustomed to will still be there of course, but the new added features will make it something new

hmm didnt see that on there lol ok w/e im gonna just be paitent, besides i gotta stop thinking about psu i gotta study for my classes cause god knows i dont want to tell my professors when they ask,
Professor:"so why are you withdrawing from the class?"

Me: "OH... umm well you see theres this other class... PSU1102....and its brand new its really cool and yeah i wanna take it"

Proffesor:"oh i didnt know we had that class, what kind of subject is that?"

Bahaha, I feel your pain, Tetzuro. I'm usually day dreaming about PSU during tests, O_O.

Man, I should've found out about this game later than I did. Waiting an entire year for it has really effed me mind, lol.

The reason the game is coming out in the JPN market last is because the 360 doesn't have much market share in JPN so there is no need to release it first.

Don't panic because the dates for all the version will be the same for the NA release. 10/24 is the gold date, and 10/25 will be the date that retail stores have it.

I'm soooooooooooo gonna fake sick. I'm a pro at it.

1) Before your parent/s wake up, make sure you are awake. Try to wake up within 15 minutes of them.
2) Grab a cup of water, sprinkle salt in it, and guzzle it down. If you can, try to get the salt to scratch your throat MINIMALLY.
3) Next, stick your finger down your throat (somewhat) and you should gag (DUH).

The combination of gagging and salt can make for some excellent coughing and an itchy throat. Run back to your room and allow yourself to cough your freaking head off when they come to wake you up. MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAKING SLEEP.
