Hi, just have a little question regarding PA's, basically, if someone is maxed at the 36 cap amount for them, and wishes to learn a new one, thus deleting an old one, what would happen if they tried to relearn the old deleted one? Would it keep it's level? or restart at level 1?
In short, if i have 36 pa's, and drop a level 10 Megid PA to learn a different PA, then relearn the Megid spell at a later point in time, would it still be level 10?
