I need help with getting online

I have the import for the PS2 version of PSU and I have a Japanese PS2.

I have completed the first four chapters in the game.

I followed the guide for setting up a Sega Link account.

What are my next steps for getting online?

I think I need to buy a netcash card which I am going to get from ncsx.

After I have the netcash card information, where do I go to register my game id and enter the netcash information?

For those of you using the PC version, did you need to enter your gameid using a web browser on your computer to access the Japanese PSU web site or did you enter it in the game?

You have to do it with your PC. You'll need to register your game's serial code located on the back of your PSU manual here (https://segalink.jp/payment/psu/addmember/regist.asp?GameDIR=psu).
