voice chat in psox was the best thing and i plan to use it alot, im a social gamer that well...likes to socialize, i met some of my bestest friends on psox lol and i doubt we wouldve gotten as close as we are today if it wasent for actually talking and cracking jokes with one another and just socializeing, and well ill have the keyboard for some uses too

yeah that did suck but that was always in the main lobbys n such but i found more people just enjoying the game then ruining it for everyone in lobbys

I gotta go with both too, because of all the emotes and stuff only when typing. I know this is off topic, but for the NA 360 release we should all have a meet and greet ourselves, if only to meet the other pso-world users.

Any USB keyboard is compatible with the Xbox 360.

EDIT: I had 3/4 of Apatite on my mute list because of Music spammers and mic eaters.

well IMO i think there shouldnt be voice chat in the lobbies.....i dont think the 360 can handle over 100 people talking at once? am i worng?

In the lobby on PSO, voicechat was the worst so I don't even bother talking to people in the lobby. If I use anything in the lobby it will be preprogrammed bubbles or symbols, but that's about it.

The most ease to use and personal for me. I'll be using the mic most of the time.

And in-game software keyboard and cut in faces for strangers or when I'm not in the mood to talk. I find keyboards too clunky and annoying to be leaving around my living room.

I will try out the voice chat ( I did not have a good experience, I remember I went into a room, asked them to throw down a telepipe for me, somebody sent a text sayin " C1" which was the caves 1 level. I went into the default teleporter and when i arrived in C1 i tried asking where to meet up with them, and even said "hi" a few times... and i got nothing) so I am a little skeptical of voice chat now, but I do not mind trying it again. But my fav is still typing ^_^

Well, Xbox had a crapload of people in the lobby blasting their tacky ass music, eating their mics(Not literally but might as well be, it sounds like is down their fucking throat), and randomly screaming, making you wanna just jump through each and every mic and punch em in the face, I just hope there will be a way where you can go to a certain area, away from all that garbage, or like take certain people and isolate yourselves from every one else. About the chat bubbles, I dont know If I want those back, because there were so many referring to porn and stuff, they werent cool anymore.
