PSU-Item: Gi- techniques? WHERE? *looks around*

Seriously though. I've been playing, and I can't find where to get the Gi- techs (Gifoie, Gibarta, etc.), at least, I can't find them in any stores... So, my question is, where do you get them? Do you jus have to find them? Can you buy them somewhere? Do you have to SYNTHESIZE them?

I'm so lost! *runs in circles*

honestly i found that the only gi technique that was useful was gibarta and that was only for the forest boss

Don't try comparing the Gi-level techs in PSO (of which only Gifoie had real use, although I actually preferred Gizonde over Razonde) to PSU technics. They don't perform the same.
