Does PSU have the same or better trade system window that they have in PSOBB?

There's a trade option in PSU, not sure of how it works specifically on the receiving end, I did trade items/meseta with a friend online though.

Wow, I never would have imagined and that kind of sucks if true. I guess this is one of their ultimate precautions of the idea of duping possibilities and executing extreme measures to not infest the game with it. However, if this is true I don't know why they would not link us to the JP servers. I guess they're still afraid of hacking and the possibily of anybody ruining their JP dream society.
