Well, looking at this, I do see some other problems, aside from the phalanges (which are the most difficult thing to draw, in my opinion.)
I don't know if it's just me, but he looks like he just dis-located his right shoulder. Not only that, but looking at the proportion of the main shirt, it still looks quite a bit off.
Other than that, it looks alright, despite the Toriyama-esque styleing shown here.

Haha, the first thing I thought when seeing the picture was 'lol SSJ' http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif
It's a good looking pic though, apart from the hands, but you've already posted that. Just doesn't look like he has a good grip on the gun in his left hand. Other than that it's pretty good.

I'm going to agreee with Nisshoku about his right shoulder being off. But it's not necessarily just a problem with his shoulder. I think it may be more of a problem with his head being slightly too small for his body. Just very slightly though... And it may be a little offset from where it should be too.
As far as his hands go, I must say that for the right hand, it doesn't look right for the angle, and you could make it look much better without actually drawing the fingers. The view you are seeing it from, most of the fingers (except the index finger) should not be visible past the knuckles.
Just a bit of constructive criticism. Overall it looks pretty good http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif You did a fair job with foreshortening and anatomy, just practice those hands http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif Or your college art teacher will make your life hell http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Thanks all~
I didn't realize i did so many things wrong ><
I suppose i could go back to the pencil version and change it, then make a copy and color it...Or i'll just try harder next time...and won't draw at 2am!
Thanks again http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Other than the anatomical issues and the DBZ hair, this piece is pretty cool. I love the pose.
Dual pistols = win!

DBZ is all i ever used to draw when i started drawing...it's kinda stuck http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif I've tried to get away from it, but it's inevitable..it just keeps coming back!!!! aaahh!! *draws dbz hair*
