Is there even any emotion on there face? For the more humanoid Im assuming there are, but what about the more mecha styled faces?

Not really, just different angles to portray emotions.

I thought the human looking faces had emotions, and the other ones didn't.

ah but that's not the human-type Casts, like ya said thats a robo-type Cast head.
