I seen some photon arts/skills actually change/improve depending on how much you use them. so there may be various levels for each photon art.

Correction, there are various levels for Photon Arts ;D

Of course, I am nto really sure how the sytem works beyond the fact the more you use the art, the more effective it becomes.

AFTER I GET TO LEVEL 20 DOES THE SUV WEAPIONS GET ANY STRONGER THAN IT IS. LIKE IT WILL UPGRADE AT LEVEL 40 AND THAN GET EVEN MORE POWERFUL AT LEVEL 60 IS THAT HOW IT WORKS OR IM I WRONG?

Does suvweapions charge only when you get hit or those it charge when your hitting the monsters aswell

thats just so cool that casts can use suvweapion and thier just like photon blasts but what about does other classes like humens and newmens what can they do I dont think its fair that casts and bests can use cool moves like suvweapions and nanoblasts which are like photon blasts. and humens & newmens cant do any thing cool like that.
