When you set the item rules to random or in order, will the Meseta follow this rule?
Thanks

I'm playing right now http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif and even though I'm not picking the meseta up, I'm getting some.
Yes, it is. I've seen it for myself.
I assumed no at first because that's what every one else was saying--but it just isn't the case.

Noobish Question: Items rule is when your in a group and items are picked up, its distributed randomly?

Yep. Definitely does. Japanese tend to play with random everything and meseta is included in that.

Wow thats awesome. That means you can probably designate one person to pick up everything while the party continues on and etc. I'm so glad they implemented that into the game. Now one person just cant stand there grabbing it all while everyone else does the work. 2 points for PSU http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Two rules have the same options:
Rares:
-Finder's Keeper
-Orderly Distribution
-Random Distribution
None-Rares:
-Finder's Keeper
-Orderly Distribution
-Random Distribution
So far, Random Distribution is the most common option.

I'd stick to random, i'm not greedy but when a rare drops i'd give it to someone who needs it rather then fighting over it, but i dunno, im pretty sure not many others out there would do the same thing.

Everyone has they're own style and dislikes. Nothings wrong with that. I understand crokar if the group is working together, but theres just some assholes who just leech *shrugs*

This is why you play with trusted friends. Nothing worse than doing a long run looking for a rare drop and the ass that can't use it lots or picks it up.
Too much FFXI there.

Haha that's so true... I loved doing O Hat runs with random people just to see who turns against who... *Laughs at the lv65 BLM lotting on a 75nins O hat * Oh man what a day...

When you're playing with friends, the completely random and distribute settings are pretty great. People can focus more on fighting rather than leaping for that red item. Then you can share the weapon drops, etc. afterwards.
Even in open games, the random setting for rares, and distribute for regular drops seems to be a popular option if I'm not mistaken.

Hopefully I can find a nice group of people to play with on PSU like I did with previous PSO games. Sometimes your day can just be ruined by playing with random assholes.

If you're a ranger or a force and you play in a non-random room, you are poor!
