How about a bladder meter... When ever you use fluid type items, or go through areas with lots of water in the backgrounds, your bladder meter gradually increases. And once it fills up... well.... you guys see where im going with this one.

yeah when you get hit really hard you break a limb so you have to wear a cast for a week no make it more real 3 months for it to heal or crutches if you break your leg and your fighting abilty goes down and when you lose your forced to stay in cities

Also... There are a limited number of Monsters to kill per day on all the planets before endagered species acts are put into play and no one can kill monsters until they reproduce a few times... And it takes like a week or so for them to have kids... Also you can't kill baby monsters or you get a ticket.
