Yo.
I see Q's about this come up frequently, so heres some info to help them wat needs it.
about the pre-paid cards being sold in Rite-Aid: http://home3.americanexpress.com/corp/pc/2004/riteaid.asp
about the diff prepaid CC options out there: http://snarfed.org/space/privacy+through+prepaid+credit+cards

Purchase and Reload
I'd like to be able to buy prepaid cards in person, with cash. It'd be nice if there were many convenient locations, but I don't mind going out of my way.
Green Dot and Morgan Beaumont site do this well; you can buy their cards at common chain stores like Long's Drugs, Rite-Aid, and 7-Eleven. Some cards, like Wired Plastic, can be bought at Western Union SwiftPay. Other cards, like Elite Plus Visa, can be bought at most major banks. Yet other cards, like Vaya, can be paid for by mailing a check or money order.
Finally, some banks sell prepaid cards outright, but they usually require you to have an existing account.

WebSecret prepaid Internet credit card
Los Angeles Business Journal, Oct 31, 2005 by Aarthi Sivaraman
Manufacturer: Next Estate Communications, Monrovia
Description: Prepaid credit card that allows consumers to shop online
Price: $14.95 per card (can be loaded with up to $500).
IF the only thing that worries you about shopping online for that iPod is the threat of identity fraud or having a credit card or bank account number stolen, then Next Estate Communications' WebSecret may be the answer.
Issued by Columbus Bank and Trust Co. of Columbus as a MasterCard or Visa product, WebSecret is a prepaid debit card that acts like a credit card and is specifically designed for Internet commerce. It requires no personal information for its purchase and can be bought for $14.95 by anyone over 18 years of age. The card can be loaded with up to $500 at the time of purchase, but cannot be reloaded once that maximum is reached.
It can be used online at sites that accept debit credit cards. Rite Aid, CVS and RadioShack stores carry the card.

In Oklahoma you can get them from Coinstar for example
