Doing as much good as possible in school until than. Than 2 days of just playing PSU.

Than back to the daily grind, http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif.

Being in Honors classes really gives not alot of time for game playing, but hey I'll try XD

Wouldn't it just be easier if you just made a countdown thread? Seriously these threads do not need to be made every friggin' day!

Haha... That reminds me of my highschool days, and saving up for GCPSO http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I will be playing whatever games I can manage to draw entertainment from, while trying to manage all my classes and art homework. Lucky for me, (or perhaps unluckily depending on how long it lasts) my school very likely goes on strike on monday, giving me plenty of free time to finish my homework and relax.

Ive played mine for countless hours in a row. Ive yet to have a problem, tho now I have no games since I traded them in and put the credit towards PSU, I got exactly 60 bucks and the game was $59.99. They didnt give me the penny but a credit slip for 1 cent. Foolish fools!

happy_peanut, If you own one of the early 360 consoles (I forgot what date but I'll look it up for you if interested) you can be reimbursed if yours had a defect.

Microsoft issued a statement today acknowledging that its early run of Xbox 360s made in 2005 were buggy and that it would rescind any repair fee on boxes that need service as long as they were manufactured before Jan. 1, 2006. The statement is in response to a raft of complaints from gamers such as Chris Szarek, whose story we told on this blog about how he went through four consoles in the repair process. Szarek said today that this validates concerns that he and others had about the quality of the launch consoles. Those who paid repair fees already will get refunds.

Here's Microsoft's statement:

As part of our standard and ongoing process of analyzing repair data, we recently noticed a higher than usual number of units coming in for repair. Upon further investigation, it was further discovered that the bulk of the units were isolated to a group that was part of the initial manufacturing run of the console. Returns for repair are coming in for a variety reasons and it's a higher rate than we are satisfied with. We've made the decision to comp repairs for consoles manufactured before January 1, 2006, and provide refunds to the small group of customers who have already paid for repairs.

So, does you 360 not work anymore?

Alright.

That special fan should be an exterior attachment; if you opened your 360 (the case not the box) you won't be covered.

You could call the 800 number. There you should be able to get someone to walk you through some tests, and they'll either tell you to send it in because of some problem or not. I think they even send you the box and cover shipping fees for this incident, not sure though.

I'm enjoying as many offline games as possible; currently I'm 3/4 through Killer7, which all of you should own by now ^L^. I'm starting to think that I took the year off from school just for this game, but no, it was to be able to work and save money for this game. So. If anyone wants to trade AC:WW, MKDS, or Tetris friend codes, pm or email me. Here's to 24/25 days of forced escapism!

I've already got my copy pre-ordered but i'l probably ended up trading in Madden07 to pay PSU off.

I've been broke and struggling to get by for the past year and a half but i'm almost positive i'll find a way to get on PSU so i'm not worried ;0

Remove the case (and void you're warranty) if you are worried about overheating :3
