Borrowed the import from a friend of mine, installing now. Is there an option for English subs, or possibly a patch?

No option for English subs, and the English version hasn't even been released yet, so there's no way anyone could have made a "patch" (if it's even possible).

actually it is possible i just doubt there is one.. theres anime fansub groups that translate japanese pc games too and release english patches..

Those are usually visual novels that have practically no chance of seeing a wide US release, aren't they?
