Hey everyone, I am new to this board, but I've been lovin' PSO since the DC. I got PSO for GC the day that it came out, however, I have been playing it offline. I was wondering whether or not people paying to play online think it's worth it. I don't think I like the offline multiplayer mode that much; the split screen takes a lot out of the game. And I know that PSO has a pretty great community, especially here, but I'm still not sure if I really should pay almost nine dollars a month to experience it. Please let me know your take on the online play of the game. I know that the O in PSO is Online, and that's the way that it's meant to be played, but does anyone disagree, or feel that the price will go down? Thanks for your time reading this.

It's definitely less of a community without keyboards, but it's still worth it. The first month is free, so you can always try it out for yourself and see.

This is off the topic a bit, but a good point was brought up. Im amazed that there is no support for the keyboard. So, no one can import the controller and use it? Thats too bad. Is that something that they can patch in the future?

People can import keyboard and use them, I am pretty sure Japanese keyboards will work on any Gamecube but most people don't import because it is a bit pricey.

I like online mode, but leveling with others just isn't enough. I'm gonna cancel and wait for more challenge stages to come before renewing.

At least you won't be paying $13.95 a month like I will have to. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
