Create your character

We all know the japanese/english site to create your character (where the cast doesn't work yet)...

But I wonder where I can get the full program, my brother has it.... But I really want it... can anyone help me?

The "full program" is the Japanese Beta, and its against the rules to ask for it here

If your brother has it cant he just make you a copy or cant you just use his?
