I was wondering, who still plays this online on the Xbox!??

I've recently got back to playing this in the awake of PSU arriving just around the corner, i was wondering if anybody would like to join me.

I am based in the UK.

i try to, but my xbox rides the short bus to school so i cant, it says my gamertag is invalid even though i play on it about 3 times a week on my 360...sometimes i just dont understand

Did your old Xbox subscription run out recently? If you paid for a 360 subscription it doesn't automatically cover you for the old Xbox (now referred to as Xbox Classic) as well http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif I know a couple ppl who have to have 2 gamertags just to be able to play PSO http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

I hate the way they do this because ultimately it means paying 120 bucks a year to be able to play all your online games thanks to most of them not being backwards comatible.


Oh and I forgot to add that yes, I do play PSO Xbox still, but I play in the US, so I'm on a different server.

I play on Xbox and am from Scotland.

My gamertag is "LL Seidon LL".

I'm a legit player so if you are running about with uber MAGs and weapons then I wontplay with you.

There is a good chance i could be on tonight but i have the doctors in the morning.

I'll be on within the week though. No doubts.

yeah i guess it automatically just paid for my 360 subscription while discontinuing my XBC (Xbox Classic) account...so how is dav 10 doin...probally runnin on only around 10-15 players on and off randomly i bet...i saw you playin today while i was sittin at my 360 dashboard wishing that PSOX would go backward compatable...even though we'd all have to start our characters over unless they could figure out a way to transfer data over live...doubt it, they still cant figure out how to change it from christmas time...o well, 2 more months and it'll be right again

dav block 10...LOL... people still go in that lobby... i wounder if you know other char. in the game like garaa, rock haze, Ryu20, SQ tuna, *Crip* blue.... they still play...

Hey ya !! That is excellent, may i add you at some point!?? Would love to play this again online after a 2 or so year absence. I've had to start again from scratch as i've had to re-buy an old Xbox (as i traded my other xbox in last year to help get a 360).

I Play Xbox on line and I play legit only it is cool. I got a group of legit player and we play C-Mode and it is the bet quest you ever play on PSO. So if you need help let me know.

If he is from Scotland, chances are you and I won't be able to catch up with him, Blue. The servers for North America and Europe are separate http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif IT's a shame, too, because our community is getting so small.

Yeah, Dav 10 is actually doing better as of late than it has been. We've got a small group of ppl who still play legitly together. But there's been a lot of ppl with clan names coming into Dav, which we didn't have before. Some of them claim to be legit, too, but it's questionable.

He still wants to try and hook up though...


I met up with a cool English guy and German guy.

Both of which were legit to a certain extent.

I checked their stuff in the Trade menu and it was all realistic.

But you can't tell if something has been duped.

But if they were going to cheat they would probably use hacked items anyway or at least super weapons.

Some people don't know that what they have wasn't found legitly, even it doesn't have super stats or anything.

Well they are adamant that they found the items from a box or monster.

I met up with "hedkandi" earlier today.

I gave him a level 100 Rati MAG which i finished making th other day. It has the stats 21/29/29/21 . Pilla, Farrla and the S&D Photon Blasts.

I also gave him some random ranger weapons I had and some units to beef up his accuracy so he could use them.

He seems like a cool guy and the more legit players we have on PAL xbox the better.

That's cool. It's a shame they can't combine the servers since the populations of both have dwindled. It'd be cool to meet up with some of you PAL folks. I know it'd be asking too mcuh to have access to the JP servers. It's unfortunate that so many have the preconceived notion that Americans are cheaters... it's even more unfortunate that most of us are :| Otherwise I'd LOVE to get into some hardcore C-mode with those guys ^_^

The ratio of cheaters to legit players on PAL xbox is roughly one legit player per three cheaters.

I'm speaking about the regulars. We do have some ghosts but they are few and far between so I decided against including them.


We have roughly fifteen regulars and about five of them are legit.

Myself along with others are a mere 90% legit.

I used some duped mag cells to make varaha into a "DAVIL'S TAIL" MAG for purely aesthetic purposes. Seeing as the holidays have been discontinued on our servers there was no other way for me to attain the MAG cells.

The MAG I gave it to was completely legit though. That is the one spot on my record if you will.

I suppose that 1 in 3 is not a bad ratio, but when you consider how small the population is, yeah, it's bad. I'd venture a guess to say ours is as high as 1 in 10, possibly higher. :| It's a crying shame, really, that more folks can't seem to enjoy the game legitly. I always thought besides having access to online quests that that was the point of having lobbies and being able to play with others. Not only are you able to complete things that can't easily be done on your own (Challenge mode, beating Dark Falz on Ultimate WAY before you can easily solo Ruins....) you have that sense of community, people who understand your trials and tribulations (for example, getting your 16th Whitill Tollaw PD http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif ) but I guess I'm too much of an online gaming noob to really understand all this crap with clans and cheating.
