My friend found 4 of these rappy feathers and I heard there is a board for Rappy Statue or a weapon. Anyone know where you can get this board? I heard you can buy it...?

You can find it at the PM/Synthesis shop on Guardian's Colony. The purple store on 2F, I believe. It should be the 1000 Meseta item that's second from the bottom of the list of boards for sale.
