Specific Q's about 'Newearl creation options

Hiya, I'm new to this board.

I was looking through the picture topic, but I couldn't find examples of what I was wondering about, so I thought maybe some of you could help me out.

1) Can you make the skin of a 'newearl REALLY dark, like almost black? In PSO you could make it look really tan, but I'm wondering if it can be even darker now.

2) How tall can a newearl be compared to the other races? Like how much shorter is a newearl (when set to highest height possible) compared to the taller races?

3) Is it RGB-sliders again for hair color or are there preset color choices this time for hair?

I guess that's it for now. The game is getting close so I'm starting to plan my character's looks and I got wondering about these details.

2) Just as tall
3) There is a color slider but its not the same as PSO, you can't do really bright neon hair anymore

Edit: First picture shows the hair color slider, second is as tall and dark as you can get
