I was wondering if PSU still uses section ID's to determine the weapons received. Thanks for answereing my noobish question

No, not from what I have seen. And thank goodness too. Section IDs made it too tedious to get some of the items you wanted, especially if your ID doesn't get that item.

Edit: My post is in reply to the original question. The 2nd question? I believe everyone does have the same list--it's all universal now.
