tech bonus question

do techs that receive no bonus effect from TAP receive a bonus for being equiped with a tech of the same element. an example of this would be foie and shifta equiped on the same cane.

Foie would get a bonus. Agtal, probably not. Or rather, it would get the bonus, but wouldn't have a value to apply it to.

(That's not a solid fact since I haven't tested, but the impression I get is that this is how it would work).

If I had to guess, I'd say support techs would get a boosted range, if any advantage at all.

I think I'll just wait and find out, not that long now.
