Take a deep breath, relax, and find something productive to do. Time will pass alot quicker if you are accomplishing something and then you won't feel as though you've wasted all your time hyping up.

This is very true. Me, I'm using classes to help kill 4 (soon to be 5) of my waking hours. The rest of my time, though, is spent amongst multiple venues. For instance, as of late, surfing the PSOW boards is helping a lot. XD
