A question for importers, about the loot system

From your experiences online, has the loot system worked well?

There are mutliple settings from what I've heard, correct?

Has it ever frustrated you? Has something ever happened that felt unfair?

I'm sure it couldn't be too much of an issue, but I'd just like to know a little about it.

I wouldn't say it's ever felt particularly unfair, but there are instances where... "random" doesn't seem all that random at all, heh.

Its frustrating when people don't have it on random and I don't get any money
