Nope, but us 360 players can play with all the world's 360 players. PC and PS2 are together.

Yeah I don't like it... because I got a PS2 at my house but my older bro has a 360 and I would like to play both when I'm at either house...

But I hear alot of 360 players like it because they won't get any random balloons or something...

Yeah, the servers for 360 are totaly seperate to the pc and ps2 multi server, but you get benefits on 360 like voice chat among other little things.

Nope. 360 has their own server and is only connected with other 360s. PC is connected only with ps2. But the good news (really?) is that the 360 will be linked with all regions: NA, EU, JPN

Even better news is that for the first time in history, american gamers on a microsoft console will get to play an online role playing game on it's own server, on the day of release, and they get to play before anyone else. For once, we get a new online role playing game on the release date that hasn't been regurgitated through two systems and three years before we get to play it.

Im still wondering why the Japan Xbox 360 servers are connected with everyone else, but PS2/PC servers aren't. =/

because the 360 flopped in japan and not many people have one over there so they really couldnt regionalize it so they made it where all can play together

Because of the community being small I suppose. People are still buying 360's and PC/PS2 have been established way longer than the 360. I think this is a good move despite obvious other problems.

Sorry if I missunderstood but are the PC servers not regional? :/

Nope they are not regional as of now as far as I know. This site usually keeps you up-tp-date on this.

To further clarify and because lists are easy to read, there are essentially three "groups" where the players are going to be divided:

Japanese PC and PS2
North American and European PC and PS2
Worldwide Xbox 360

They could probably release a patch on the PS2/PC version allowing Japan to play with NA/EU players, but thats just a idea. :/

Heck, they could probably make a bridge to the Xbox 360 servers too--depending on how precisely it's set up, I mean. It would require the servers to be configured to juggle all the intermingling data and different clients.
