I'm not actually sure you can make a free month gold account but it doesn't hurt to try. Go to Xbox.com and make a NA account. If you need addresses just google a pizza place or something. Hopefully it works. I have a gold accoount I don't use but since it requires the last digits of my CC I'm scared to give it out otherwise I would

you dont need cc info to recover on a 360 all you need is your email and password

is it an established fact that this will only be for NA xbox360 owners? anyone got a link for this or are people just jumping the gun incase it turns out that way

People are jumping the gun imo. The official PSU site is for all English versions of the game. It it were US only it surely would say so. Besides, if they want to do some last minute tweaking to the servers, it would be needed to have EU players on as well (and Japanese) for checking lag issues ect.
