I dont know if people have put this up already, but IGN put this up yesterday that it will be $9.99 and

"Those playing on the PlayStation 2 and PC can also purchase a six month license for $49.99 to save some money."

I love package deals. I know I'll be on it for at least six months, so I'm all over it.

same here. That's a great deal since I'm almost a lock to play this game over 6 months.

I think right now you have to register online at the official site for a GUARDIAN's license (by credit card, prepaid credit card, debit card, etc). So far, I haven't seen any types of game-cards planned for sale at game outlet store's.
