Does anyone know where I can find a saved game to unlock extra mode on the PC JP version?

No. Just follow a guide through the game.

That's what I don't want to do. I don't want to play any story mode or online mode until the US game is released. That's why I was hoping someone knew of a saved game file somewhere.

So, skip every cut scene with the enter key. You won't ruin a thing.
