Not this time. My first character I created, Wicksomnae, was a near spitting image of me (if I was converted to match the anime look). Had all of my features except for outfit and a little queue-ish small ponytail in the back. It was cool to have a little me running around, but he's had maybe 800 hours into him. I tend to like making new and original characters each time. I guess if I never did this one before, I'd probably do that for my first character here.

A bit, there will be similarities between myself and my character (same hair style, similar clothes) but I plan on making my character shorter than I am, and giving him a different hair colour. So more of a twist on myself, if you would.

I don't know if any of us are cool enough to be video gane characters. I don't know about you guys but I personally can't launch myself forward like a torpedo with a doublesaber or leap 15 feet in the air with a katar. I can however, play a mean sax (which is sadly unappreciated in combat situations).

I always make my character's physical features as close to my real life appearance as possible in online games, so the answer is yes. Also, being ripped just takes some willpower... the hardest part is eating healthy at all times and being able to say no to all those snacks. Passed on some free ice cream today, as an example... was so tempting too, heh...

I'm not really interested in trying to make a character that looks like me.

I never pretend I *am* my character when I play.

I see it more like I'm controlling the actions *of* a character. It's almost like playing with action figures, in a way, if that makes any sense.

Actually, you have a ton of options with a cast. You can, in a way, actually make one have more of your features than you think. They go from the range of mostly-human-like to some mini-Gundam. They have a lot of bases covered, with them. My main avatar will somewhat resemble me, eyes and hair color, and build will be a bit different. More like a cross between a fictional character of my own design with some of my features/style.

I do hope that ST will add in black tinted sun glasses. My avatar's face will seem a little naked without some cool black-tinted, small, round-lensed sun glasses.
